Refund policy

In general, there are no refunds for digital downloads (PDFs) because once you receive your purchase there is no way to verify a digital return. That said, it's in our best interest to keep you a happy customer. In case of technical difficulty we will always make sure you receive your purchase. You can email us anytime and if needed, we will send your music manually via email. If you are overcharged or accidentally purchase the same product twice we can refund you. If you believe your purchase is somehow faulty we can discuss a possible refund.
