Digital Download FAQ
On this page you will learn everything you need to know about buying and downloading your PDF sheet music.
After paying, when do I get my music?
Once your payment has been processed you'll receive instant access to your music on the checkout page. This usually only takes a few seconds after you push the final payment button. You'll also be emailed a receipt and additional link to your purchase just in case anything went wrong.
What if something goes wrong?
Impossible! Nevertheless, if you ever have a problem downloading your purchase you can always email Bradford and he'll take care of you and make sure you receive your purchase.
I'm confused by the Free vs Tab editions, please clarify?
I love offering free sheet music, it's how I started the site for my students so I'll continue to make free notation editions. Free downloads are in the product descriptions and do not require any checkout process or sign up. It's completely free, open, and spam free. Any cart purchase will be for Tab editions or editions that cost money.
Why aren't tab editions free?
I try to encourage students to read notated sheet music, especially my own students. But I'm also running a business so I've had to strike a balance between free vs paid content. I've made my first method book free to aid students in the pursuit of reading notation.
When are refunds possible?
Refunds are not really possible on most items because once you receive your music I can't ensure its return since they are digital items. However, if you are overcharged or double charged for some reason I will gladly refund the extra payment. Remember, I'll always make sure you receive your purchase.
Why is there a download limit?
You can only download your product a maximum of 10 times. This is to prevent large-scale sharing online. Remember, your purchased material is copyright so sharing it is illegal. Therefore, a download limit has been placed on all items. If you have a technical issue and this affects you please contact me and we'll work it out.
