There are no refunds for digital downloads (PDFs).
There are no refunds for digital downloads (PDFs) because once you receive your purchase there is no way to verify a digital return. That said, it's in our best interest to keep you happy. In case of technical difficulty we will always make sure you receive your purchase. If you are overcharged or accidentally purchase the same product twice we can refund one of the purchases. If you believe your purchase is somehow faulty we can discuss a possible refund but no refund is guaranteed. If in doubt or you have a question or concern just email us.
