A great selection for a recent beginner

All of the pieces have both musical notation and TABs. There is a good selection of pieces mostly in C major/A minor (so not too many sharps/flats), and in common or 3/4 time. Many of the base notes are open string and where there are multi-note chords many of the notes are also open string. There is guidance about fingering in both hands which can be helpful. I haven’t had time to try playing many of these yet but I can see that trying to master them will keep me busy for a few months to come.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Happy practicing.

Wonderful, Simple, and Very Playable

I bought this volume for my daughter and I to work on. I love that there is music from different eras. My daughter loves that we can play pieces that professionals are making recordings of. You don't feel like you are playing beginner pieces; rather you are playing wonderful pieces that happen to be easy.

That is great to hear, so glad you are enjoying it!
